Keeping Your Pokemon Happy

If you want to see how your Pokemon are feeling, you can look in your Pokemon Box or your Active Helper Team where a little bar should be able to tell you their mood.

It will also tell you how much energy your Pokemon has left.

It is vital to keep your Pokemon happy and energized, so they can spend the day gathering ingredients that you can use to feed your Snorlax and make him stronger.

There are three main ways to do this, Sleeping, Energy Pillows, and Charge Energy Skills.

Sleep

As you are going about your day, so are your Pokemon, and at night, they are tired from gathering berries and other ingredients.

They need to recharge their energy to raise their mood, and the best way to do this is to sleep. The better you sleep, the happier your Pokemon. To begin a sleep session, click Start Tracking Sleep on the homepage.

Only Pokemon in your Active Helper Team will go to sleep and gain energy while you sleep.

Recovery Incense is an item you can purchase from the game's General Store that increases the amount of energy your Pokemon receives while you sleep.

Energy Pillow

Your Pokemon loses energy throughout the day, but if you don't have time to snooze and want to increase their energy level, you can use an Energy Pillow.

This item is for single use only and can restore energy and mood by 50 points. These can be purchased at the General Store or earned as rewards.

Charge Energy Skill

Top row- Ekans, Bellsprout, Geodude Bottom Row- Cubone, Larvitar, Swablu

Throughout the game, Pokemon will have different skills. Certain Pokemon have the Charge Energy Skill that can improve their own energy and mood, making them useful additions to your Active Helper Team.

This skill can restore 12 energy points to your Pokemon helper and increase their happiness.
