The Pokemon brand invades your dreams–or at least, your sleep schedule–through Pokemon Sleep. In another way to interact with the colossus that is Pokemon, this mobile game has you turn your actual sleeping habits into ways to befriend Pokemon and learn about the ways they sleep.
When you are not actually sleeping, there are more ways to interact with Pokemon Sleep. Your overall goal is to increase the strength of the resident Snorlax that you are camping with, usually by feeding it berries or cooking it meals. Some other items you obtain have their uses, too, like the biscuits.
What Are Biscuits Used For?
Pokemon Sleep has a regular gameplay cycle, and every time you wake up and end your sleep session, you'll be greeted by Pokemon that have been attracted to Snorlax due to its Drowsy Power. After you research those Pokemon's Sleep Styles, it will be Snack Time!
During Snack Time, you can feed biscuits to Pokemon to increase your friendship meter with them. This is the main way to "catch" Pokemon in the game. Once you fully fill up a Pokemon's friendship meter, they will join you at your camp.
Sometimes, Snorlax will attract a Pokemon that is extra hungry. Essentially, this works as a buff for your biscuit. If you feed a biscuit to a hungry Pokemon, their friendship level will increase at triple the normal rate.
You can use the Friend Incense to make sure you have a hungry Pokemon the next time you wake up.
When you try to feed a biscuit to a Pokemon more than once without filling its friendship meter, it might let you know that it is full. Unfortunately, this means you won’t be able to catch it during that session.
Don’t fret though, as your friendship progress will carry over to the next time that species of Pokemon comes to your camp.
Every Type Of Biscuit
There are multiple types of biscuits you can obtain in Pokemon Sleep. You can rely on receiving at least one bonus biscuit a day, which slightly varies depending on whether you have the Regular or Premium Sleep Pass.

How To Get More Biscuits In Pokemon Sleep
While biscuits are essential to befriending Pokemon, Pokemon Sleep doesn’t exactly hand them out en masse. There are a few ways to get biscuits as you play the game.
You will automatically get a free Bonus Biscuit after a sleep session, once a day.
You will also receive biscuits as rewards for meeting certain achievements:
- Reach achievement level one for each Pokemon type by studying five Pokemon with that type.
- Reach achievement level two and five for progression at each research campsite.
Achievements are also a great way to earn Dream Shards, Diamonds, and other materials and currencies.
You can also purchase biscuits through the in-game store by using Diamonds, Pokemon Sleep's earnable and paid currency. The Sleep Point Exchange, on both the regular and premium tracks, also lets you exchange your Sleep Points for various types of biscuits.
