Star Wars Outlaws will take us to Mos Eisley, in perhaps its most explorable form yet. The Tatooine spaceport will feature the iconic cantina, the surrounding farms, and Jabba's Palace, letting you experience everything that this wretched hive of scum and villainy has to offer.

This info comes from a panel on Star Wars Outlaws held at the ongoing San Diego Comic-Con, giving us some more insight into the ambitious Ubisoft game revealed during the showcase season. It doesn't look like there was anything too major at the panel (which wasn't livestreamed), but the new details will certainly interest fans - as long as they're not sick of Tatooine by now.

Details on the game come courtesy of the popular fan account Star Wars Explained, which attended the Comic-Con panel. Over on Twitter, they've shared the reveals both big and small, but one of the most notable features being the inclusion of Mos Eisley.

From here, we'll be able to go to the moisture farms and Jabba's palace. This opens us up to working with the Hutt cartel if we want - or betraying it and becoming their enemy. Star Wars Explains reports that betraying a gang will result in them sending bounty hunters after you, but depending on your choices, you could also open up new locations.

It's not clear what's going on in those moisture farms. Unless they're also part of a gang fighting for dominance on Tatooine. The Obi-Wan show made it canon that Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru were packing heat, so who knows? It's a dangerous planet, after all.

While this is far from the biggest feature in the game, one thing has got me excited: apparently, there is some kind of cooking mechanic. More games would benefit from taking a break from the action for a cooking minigame, so this is great news. For me, specifically. But maybe some of you too.

One thing the panel didn't give us was a release date. Right now, it's said to be coming sometime in 2024, but this doesn't narrow it down too much. It will be available on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
