With the release of Final Fantasy 14's patch 6.25, Endwalker's Relic Weapon questline has arrived. This time, to earn and upgrade your Relic Weapon, you'll be joining Hildibrand on his adventures. As always, Relic Weapons are expansion-long quest chains that result in one of the strongest and best-looking weapons, but not without putting in a significant amount of work.

Currently, only the first two Manderville Weapon quests are available, but more will be added in subsequent patches. If you're looking to get a head-start on your new Manderville Weapon, each quest will be added here as the updates come. Now, let's take a look at how to start your Manderville Relic Weapon, starting with the necessary prerequisite quests.

Updated July 20, 2023: Patch 6.45 has added the third step in the Manderville Weapons questline, so we've updated this guide with everything you need to know about upgrading your Manderville Weapon.

Prerequisite Quests

Before you can start the Endwalker Relic Weapon questline, you'll need to complete all previous Hildibrand-related story quests. These quests begin with 'The Rise and Fall of Gentlemen' at level 50, and go until 'The Imperfect Gentleman' at level 90.

There are dozens of quests and cutscenes to complete in this chain as you adventure alongside Hildibrand through each expansion, so get ready to spend a bit of time on these if you're starting at the beginning.

Complete The Quest 'Make It A Manderville'

NPC Location:

• House Manderville Manservant - Radz-at-Han (X:11.8, Y:11.2)

The first quest of the Manderville Weapon questline is 'Make It a Manderville'. This quest can be accepted after completing the Main Scenario Quest 'Endwalker', and the Somehow Further Hildibrand Adventures Quest 'The Imperfect Gentleman'.

After accepting 'Make It a Manderville', you will need to obtain and deliver three Manderium Meteorites. These items can be purchased from Jubrunnah in Radz-at-Han (X:12.2, Y:10.9) for 500 Tomestones of Causality, each. In total, you'll need to spend 1500 Tomestones to obtain these items.

Deliver these items, and the quest will be complete. You can repeat this step by completing the quest 'Make Another Manderville' and delivering three more Manderium Meteorites.

Complete The Quest 'Well-Oiled'

NPC Location:

• Gerolt - Radz-at-Han (X:12.0, Y:7.1)

Before you can start this quest, you'll need to accept and complete two Somehow Further Hildibrand Adventurers Quests, 'The Spectacle of Inspection' and 'Generational Bonding'. The first quest can be accepted from Delion in Radz-at-Han (X:11.9, Y:11.1), and 'Generational Bonding' follows immediately after.

Once you've completed those two quests, you can move on to 'Well-oiled' by speaking to Gerolt in Radz-at-Han. To complete this quest and upgrade your Manderville weapon, you'll just need to deliver three Complementary Chondrites to Gerolt. These can be purchased from Jubrunnah in Radz-at-Han (X:12.2, Y:10.9) for 500 Allagan Tomestones of Causality each, for a total of 1,500 Tomestones.

Turn these items in, and you will receive an Amazing Manderville Weapon. You can then accept the repeatable quest 'The Next Mander-level' from House Manderville Artisan in Radz-at-Han (12.0, Y:7.2) for upgrading subsequent Manderville weapons. The process is identical to the first time you did it, so be sure to gather up those Tometones of Causality.

Complete The Quest 'A Spirited Reforging'

• Gerolt - Radz-at-Han (X:12.0, Y:7.1)

Before you begin the third quest to enhance your Manderville Weapon, you need to complete the two Somehow Further Hildibrand Adventure quests, 'By Agents Unknown' and 'Not from Around Here'. You can begin these quests by speaking to Delion in Radz-at-Han (X:11.4, Y:11.5).

With these prerequisites out of the way, you can now start the third Manderville Weapon enhancement quest. This quest is much like the first two. To complete this quest, you simply need to source and deliver three Amplifying Achondrites to Gerolt.

Deliver these items along with your Amazing Manderville Weapon and you will receive a Majestic Manderville Weapon. If you want to repeat this step on another Job, you can accept and complete the quest 'In Need of Adjustment', which tasks you with delivering three more Amplifying Achondrites to Gerolt.

Now, you can alter the attributes of your Manderville Weapon. By speaking to House Manderville Alchemist in Radz-at-Han (X:12.1, Y:7.2), you can spend one additional Amplifying Achondrite to change the attributes on your Weapon.
