Final Fantasy 14 players are accustomed to the varying quest icons and what they mean. Still, while we expect most side quests that yield a particularly worthwhile reward, such as new content, to have a blue quest icon with a plus mark, plenty of must-do quests are easily missable because of their normal quest logo.
The Tales of the Dragonsong War quest line is included in this, but this chain of quests is well worth pursuing to bag yourself the coveted Haurchefant emote. Here's what you need to know.
How To Unlock The Tales Of The Dragonsong War Questline
There are five quests to unlock and complete for this questline before you can get your reward. You must have completed the Level 60 main scenario quest 'Litany of Peace' for these quests to become available. Here's how and where to accept each one.
These quests aren't difficult at all as they just consist of running around and watching a bunch of cutscenes, but it's worth watching them properly as they are quite heartfelt for fans of the storyline.
