The Tremortusk is one of the coolest and most terrifying new machines to be introduced in Horizon Forbidden West, and you will get a statue of it with the collector's edition. It makes a fine trophy for your mantle, as hunting the mechanical beast is no easy task for Aloy. It also gives you some strong in-game weapons and armour right from the get go.

Yes, the helmet is obviously the coolest feature of the Doom Eternal Collector's Edition, but the cassette tape is a great nod to the era in which the original game launched, and the lithograph will look great hanging on your wall.
