How To Get The Ashava Barding
As its name suggests, the Ashava Barding only drops from the Ashava World Boss. If you're unfamiliar, World Bosses are large events that take place roughly every six hours. With a group of other players, you'll fight together against a massive boss to kill it and get its loot.
The Ashava Barding has a relatively low chance to drop from Ashava the Pestilent, meaning you'll probably have to fight her quite a few times to get this horse armor. The fight itself isn't too difficult if you're around level 50 or higher; the hardest part is showing up on time.
When Do World Bosses Spawn?
World Bosses in Diablo 4 can be difficult to find. They spawn roughly every six hours, and at one of five different locations at random. However, to make matters more complicated, World Bosses don't necessarily spawn at nice even intervals like on the hour or half hour. Instead, they spawn within an hour at a sometimes random time.
While you don't need to complete the campaign to participate in World Bosses, the marker that indicates when and where they will appear only shows up if you have completed the campaign.
