Pokemon Sleep has many Pokemon you can find and befriend within the game, and so far, there are a total of 104 Pokemon on the app. Collecting these Pokemon is an important part of the game as they will help you gather items and feed your Snorlax.
Pokemon will appear after a sleep session, and your sleep will determine which Pokemon show up. Each Pokemon has a sleep type of either dozing, snoozing, or slumbering, and this is what decides which Pokemon show up. You can then befriend them to add them to your team.
You get one free biscuit a day which you can give to a Pokemon to befriend them. Additional biscuits can be bought at the General Store.
