Diablo 4 players are an intense bunch, which should probably be expected considering its a series all about devils and grinding for rare loot. When it comes to the grind, there's absolutely no messing about, which has proven the case ahead of the game's highly anticipated first season launch next week, as some players have already created maps with optimal grinding routes to ensure they earn Renown as quickly as physcially possible.
Earlier this week, u/Tesday shared a map with the Diablo 4 subreddit of the location of every single side quest in the game that leads to a dungeon (thanks GamesRadar). Not only that, but they've also included arrows to indicate quest chains that need to be completed for other quests to unlock. It's a very handy map for those looking to get a tonne of renown as quickly as possible, something that you will need to do since the game has you start a new character at the beginning of each new season.
The post itself has a lot of support too, as there a loads of fellow Diablo 4 players thanking u/Tesday for their work, with one jokingly mentioning that he's doing "God's work" for all the casual players and procrastinators out there. There's loads of others posts like that too, calling u/Tesday "absolutely goated", as well as some other people sharing a bunch more tips on how to gain Renown as fast as possible, including four player co-op, map manipulation and more.
It also acts nicely as a way to level up quickly too, as you can simply skip the campaign if you've already completed it with another character and jump straight into grind to start making your way through the Battle Pass. So, if you do want to make sure you blast through it as quickly as possible, make sure you have this map handy when Diablo 4's Season of the Malignant begins on July 20.
In other Diablo 4 community news, players recently discovered a pretty easy method of dealing billions of damage to opponents, and it's all down to the "Shred Druid" build that's taking the game by storm. By exploiting a number of different abilities and weapons, players are essentially quadrupling damage they'd normally deal, which is resulting in these ridiculous numbers. We saw a streamer called IBoilerUp deal over 2 billion damage in one hit earlier this week, though it's likely that record has been shattered by now.
