When you think of the popular video game streaming website Twitch, you probably think about the various gamers that have found success and internet stardom from streaming their favorite video games. While these people are certainly famous on the internet, there is a large handful of celebrities from politics, acting, and the music industry that have used the platform to interact with fans and stream different video games.
While some of these stars have only streamed once or twice to promote something they deem important, others have full-fledged careers on the platform and regularly go live. If you are curious about which celebrities have made the website their home, then look no further.
8 AOC
The politician Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez only streamed during the 2020 presidential election, but her Among Us event was one of the biggest live stream launches across the history of the entire website. AOC found herself live-streaming during a perfect time period, since the popularity of Among Us was through the roof, and she was gaining a large amount of traction due to the oncoming election.
AOC decided to surround her gameplay with information on how to register to vote, all in an effort to inform younger Americans about their voting rights. Furthermore, this live stream was incredibly funny, because we got to see AOC learn the game in real-time, while also interacting with other famous streamers such as Pokimane.
7 Snoop Dogg
While he may not stream on Twitch regularly, Snoop Dogg has created some of the most hilarious content the website has ever seen. Specifically, the rapper famously rage-quit while playing Madden 23, but completely forgot to turn off his stream.
This led to a live stream of an empty chair for well over eight hours, which actually grew in popularity as the stream link spread online. Furthermore, there have also been incidents where Snoop Dogg muted his microphone, but never realized he was not streaming his audio, meaning that some of his streams were completely silent.
While this may not be the most interesting content for a live stream, there is no denying the hilarity that ensued after throughout every Snoop Dogg stream.
6 Doja Cat
Although she rarely, if ever, turned on her face cam, Doja Cat spent a large amount of her streaming career playing an indie horror/platformer game called Little Nightmares. Since the game involved some hilarious parkour moments, fans got to witness their favorite musician struggle to complete difficult jumps, or become terrified of different creatures throughout her playthrough.
On top of streaming this indie game, Doja Cat also enjoyed playing Grand Theft Auto 5 on various roleplay servers, where she created characters and interacted with other players all while streaming her adventures. Although she has returned to producing more music, we are still holding out hope that she will return to playing her favorite games on Twitch.
5 Soulja Boy
Another celebrity that was introduced to the website through the popular game Among Us was the famous rapper Soulja Boy. However, unlike others on this list, Soulja Boy continued to regularly stream on the platform for some time and really went out of his way to interact with his fans via the live stream chat.
If he is not chatting with his viewers, you can see Soulja Boy playing games such as Fortnite or Halo Infinite. While he may not have streamed for about a month, we are eagerly awaiting his eventual return to the platform.
4 Keke Palmer
The famous movie star Keke Palmer created her Twitch stream while she was pregnant with her son, and while she played many different titles, she spent most of her time creating different storylines and families on The Sims 4. Fans of the lively celebrity could laugh along with her, as she downloaded various forms of custom content for the game and generally had a fantastic time relaxing during her pregnancy.
Unlike some of the other streams on this list, Keke kept her broadcasts more secretive, meaning that the overall vibe was more intimate, and you could really get her attention with your chat messages. Keke no longer streams her fictional families on The Sims 4, because she is busy tending to her real-life family after the birth of her newborn son.
3 Post Malone
When he is not producing a new hit song, Post Malone actually plays a massive amount of Apex Legends. He has even hit the diamond rank in the game, and has streamed multiple times with other famous gamers such as Aceu and iTzTimmy.
Furthermore, Post Malone actually hosted his own Apex Legends tournament, with all the money raised during the matches going to various charities. While he may be too busy to actively game now that he has started to build a family, we are sure that he will return to Twitch and the gaming world at some point.
2 T-Pain
T-Pain is a famous rapper, who has created a thriving community on Twitch by streaming a plethora of different games such as Fortnite, Overwatch, various racing games, or simply chatting with his friends and viewers. Furthermore, fans of the rapper's music may want to tune into the stream regularly, since you can see him explaining his music-making process.
Specifically, T-Pain has even opened various programs on stream that he uses to produce his music, giving his viewers a look inside the magical process of creating his songs. Overall, T-Pain has curated an impeccable vibe for his live stream, since it really feels like you are hanging out with him whenever he plays any type of game.
1 Madison Beer

Furthermore, Madison openly chats with all of her fans, and has even talked about her time singing as Evelynn during the K/DA events within the League of Legends universe.
